Arts & Crafts Vendors

Our Arts and Crafts Vendors showcase their unique, handcrafted items to our fairgoers.

- Photographs of your crafts may be required for review by the Arts & Crafts Committee.
- Please carefully review the application for deadlines and requirements.
Commercial Vendors

Promote your business, products, and services to a large and engaged local market.
- Application: The Commercial Vendor Application for the Fair is available available online.
- Important Notes:
- Electricity (100-watt usage) is typically included with your space.
- Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables and tents.
Food Vendors

Our food vendors offer a variety of delicious food and beverage options to our fairgoers.
- Application: Please contact our Food Vendor Coordinator directly at 410-284-4022 for information and application details.
- Important Notes: Specific health and safety regulations apply to all food vendors.
General Vendor Information & Policies:
- Space Size: Vendor spaces are typically 10 feet by 10 feet. Please indicate on your application if you require additional space.
- Electricity: As noted above, commercial vendor spaces generally include 100-watt electricity. Please confirm your needs on the application.
- Equipment: Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, and any other necessary equipment.
- Set-up and Tear-down: Specific information regarding set-up and tear-down times and procedures will be provided upon acceptance.
- Insurance: Vendors may be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance. Details will be outlined in the vendor contract.
- Health Permits: Food vendors must comply with all Baltimore County Health Department regulations and obtain any required permits.
- Acceptance: Please note that the submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Dundalk Heritage Fair. We will contact you if your application is approved.
