Where can I park for the fair?
Is there handicapped parking available?
How much are tickets for the fair? Where do I get tickets? Are there pre-sales? Are there backstage passes?
How much are wristbands for the carnival rides? When will they be sold? How much are individual tickets for a ride? Are there passes?
It is best to call the fair at the number listed on the site for up-to-date information regarding ride tickets. Most rides are 2 tickets and cost $2/ticket (subject to change without notice). Tickets can be purchased at the ticket booth at the ride area and are not sold as part of the admissions at the entrance ticket booths.
What are the seating arrangements?
Is photography allowed? Can I record the performance?
What time does my favorite performer take stage?
What time should I arrive before my favorite performer takes stage?
Will there be a meet-and-greet for performers after the shows? What about merchandise being sold?
Where are the entrances?
Where do vendors park and enter the fairgrounds?
Please enter the vendor lot located off of Shipway at the intersection of Shipway and Playfield Street. You must have a vendor pass to park in this lot. There are no exceptions (i.e. buttons, friends, etc). Without a vendor pass, you may not park on this lot. Vendors must enter through the double gate at Playfield Street. Please do not enter through the ticket area as that is for patrons only.
Can I bring a bike, skateboard, or roller blades to the fair?
Are outside food and drinks allowed in the fairgrounds?
I have a minor. Can I bring him/her into the garden?
Under no circumstances may a person under the legal age limit of 21 enter the garden for any reason. This is due to safety concerns. This includes children. Please make arrangements if you choose to partake in the garden to have your child with an adult outside of the garden. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted beyond the garden fence.
If the weather is hot, can I wear a bathing suit or take off my shirt?
Under no circumstances is this allowed. We are a family event and shirts and shoes must remain on. We reserve the right to refuse admission and/or ask you to leave in certain situations.
Is the fair safe?
Absolutely! This is a family event and all music is safe for kids. There will be visible police in uniform patrolling the fairgrounds and plain clothes security personnel. If you are in need of assistance, please contact security personnel with walkie talkies or a Baltimore County Police Officer and the situation will be addressed accordingly. We reserve the right to refuse admission and/or ask you to leave in certain situations.
Can I re-enter the fair after I leave?
My pet hamster wants to come to the fair. Can he come?
Sadly, no. Pets of any kind (unless for medical reasons) are prohibited.
Where is the parade route?
Where can I park for the parade?
Please note that streets along the parade route will be impassable up to 30-60 minutes prior to parade start. Please plan accordingly. You may park along Dundalk Avenue or any other spots that are open. Logan Village Shopping Center will be closed off for the start of the parade and parking here is not permitted.
What time does the parade start and end?
Information regarding the parade start time is listed on our Parade page. End times can vary depending on the number of participants in the parade. The parade generally lasts 2-3 hours on average but is subject to change.
Why are there gaps in the parade?
It varies. Vehicles have mechnical problems at times; vendors impede the flow of traffic, etc. We make all efforts to ensure there are limited gaps in the parade.
